Catch dancing robots at Takashimaya

WANT to see some cool robots in action? Visit Takashimaya's atrium today at 6pm and 8pm. There, in celebration of Children's Day, the mall will have two robots on display - the Bon Vogage Robot and Kuroda-Bushi Robot. The robots, which stand less than 1m tall, will dance to music and entertain the audience.

If you can't make the date, then catch the Robot Exhibition, on until Oct 8 at the Japan Creative Centre, 4 Nassim Road.

CRYSTAL brand Tittot has opened a new boutique in Singapore at Takashimaya. The boutique, located at the department store's basement, features a sophisticated interior in an open-exhibition style. Celebrity owners of Tittot pieces include Jennifer Lopez, Bill Gates, Jet Li and Bae Yong Joon.

Heineken launches improved tactile cans

BEER brand Heineken has spent two years in a design update for its Heineken Tactile Cans. It features the breakthrough application of tactile ink that forms a series of tiny, raised dots on the surface. When held, the improved grip is noticeable.

Celebrate the fresh visual identity of the Heineken can with the Heineken Touch Maze at One Fullerton from Oct 12 to 16. The new cans are also being launched today at supermarkets, hypermarts and convenience stores.
